TRACKING HELP
What should I check next?
Choose the situation closest to your result. These checks help you prepare a useful enquiry; they do not retrieve live tracking data or diagnose a specific shipment.
My reference is not found
A failed lookup does not tell you whether the cargo is lost. Start by separating a reference problem from a data-source problem.
- Compare the complete reference with the shipping label or dispatch email. Keep leading digits and letters; for UPS, include 1Z.
- Confirm you have a carrier tracking number, not a shop order number. For freight, confirm whether it is a container, B/L, booking or MAWB reference.
- Choose the carrier named on the shipping document. A container owner prefix alone does not confirm the shipping line for this journey.
- Try the same reference on the official carrier portal. If it works there, Trackora may not yet have events from its data source.
- If neither portal finds it, ask the sender to confirm the reference, carrier and handover date.
Your next enquiry: Ask the sender for the carrier, complete reference and confirmation of handover.

Keep the carrier, complete reference, last event, expected delivery date and your enquiry history together. For freight, also note the B/L or MAWB, container number and booking carrier. A concise enquiry with those details is more useful than repeatedly submitting an unchanged tracking number.
